1. Where are you located?

Lokkan Design operates in North Surrey, BC. We offer plant pickup next to Royal Kwantlen Park, near 104 Ave and Old Yale Road.

2. Do you offer delivery?

At this time, we do not offer delivery. All orders must be picked up at our designated location in North Surrey.

3. How do I place an order?

Orders can be placed directly through our Shopify store. We accept the following payment methods.

Once your order is confirmed, we will contact you to arrange a pickup time.

 

4. How long do I have to pick up my order?

Orders should be picked up within 5 days of confirmation. If you need extra time, please contact us to make arrangements.

 

5. Can I make changes to my order after placing it?

We process orders quickly, but if you need to make a change, reach out to us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

 

6. Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup, and we will do our best to resolve it.

7. How should I care for my new plants?

 

Each plant comes with a basic care guide. If you need additional care tips, check our website or contact us for personalized advice.

 

8. Who do you cater to?

We cater to plant lovers of all experience levels, from beginners to seasoned plant enthusiasts. We also work with businesses, event planners, and those looking for unique gifts. Our business is neurodiverse-owned and welcomes all customers looking for greenery and thoughtful plant-based gifts.

9. When is your greenhouse open for in-person visits?

Our greenhouse will be open for in-person visits in Spring 2025. Until then, we are strictly online orders only. Thank you for understanding!
